All lectures, seminars, discussions etc. would be recorded and a transcript made available to students, lecturers and visiting professionals, online. This would allow students to participate in these activities more freely, without having to make notes of their own. It would also allow for the future production of learning material to be used for on-line courses or for publication and sale to those unable to attend the course(s) in person for whatever reason. This could provide a further income stream to the faculty, which could be used for financial support to students or the provision of enriched facilities/experiences.
