Postgraduate students will be given the option of having a work experience module in a relevant area. This will allow the student to apply what they are learning, and see first hand how the theory fits in with the real world. It will also allow networking with potential employers from an early stage, and experience within the workplace would stand any student in good stead upon completing their respective course.

Assessment of this module could be carried out using assignments to demonstrate how strategies/theories are used in the real world, based on the observations of the student.
