CONNECTED

To improve graduate employability, this will offer both student and employer an opportunity to interact with each other by combining technology through internet / phone apps with professional networking, using sites like Linkedin and Xing. An unconventional way where the student can indicate his interests e.g professional aspirations, experiences, either academic, career or professional achievements etc, thus producing a time-line of his work and academic achievements similar to a CV, except with more details than a CV. This eliminates screening costs for the employer when hiring from a pool of talent, facilitating internship, part-time or work placement. Both parties can identify compatibility.
