A career development tool produced in conjunction with university staff, industry and students based on the concepts of experiences and outcomes (after the Scottish schools Curriculum for Excellence).

This regularly updated online resource will outline core experiences and skills in addition to those specific to particular industries/careers. It will provide a multimedia platform for students to upload evidence, in personal portfolios, of how these have been met, which will have an option to be publically accessible.

Edinburgh Napier University, with its widely recognised links to business and industry, would be ideally placed to pilot such a tool.
