The app deals with matching employees and employers with emphasis on social mobility. Location comes into play when looking for a job, however this up will pop up with jobs whilst on the move allowing people to finds jobs they would maybe not have seen before. A hub/forum will be the main port of call when the app is launched. From here applicants and employers can submit their CV’s and job descriptions. Settings can be changed depending on the applicants’ social mobility preference, increasing reach. To make matching easier questions will be designed within the app in the style of dating sites whereby making it easier to link compatibility between employer and employee. The app will send alerts automatically to employers and candidates via sms , email etc when possible matches are made and when new job requirements / profiles pop up. This app reduces screening time and the need for expensive job searching/advertisement.
